Responsibility I believe that being responsible has enabled me to have the confidence to attempt and to succeed in various endeavors. I have achieved my bachelors degree, and I have received two promotions in two years because I am responsible and I believe in my own abilities. My responsibility has given me the courage to pursue my master’s degree. Being responsible involves self-discipline. Although this is difficult at times, it allows me to maintain some semblance of balance between my personal, professional, and academic life.
Trust Although difficult to maintain in today’s world, I believe that trust in one’s self and in others is a foundation from which all relationships are based. In my work place, I found out quickly whom I could trust and whom I could not. Trust grows from being responsible and dependable.
