Dedication Through my education experience and my work experience I have become very dedicated to any task that comes to me. Showing dedication is a must when you are in an organizational setting. When you show dedication, you are showing that you will do what you have to for the company and to help them succeed in their goal. Dedication is a great quality because with this comes trust. Trust is another great thing to have from others. With all of this, you are more likely to succeed within the company.
Detail-Oriented Through education and work, I have learned to be very detailed when completing tasks. By showing that you are detailed-oriented in an organization, you are showing them that you will make sure that everything is documented correctly, and that everything is done within the company’s standards. By showing this in your personal life, you are showing that you want to have everything done in a specific way with little or no issues. This is a great value to have.
