- Complete the following table to address the creation of teams at Riordan Manufacturing.

- Identify the team formation strategy that is most suitable for Riordan Manufacturing, and provide the rationale for the decision. Your response should be at least 100 words.
The company’s goal is to hire new employees and they will be subjected to the forming, storming, norming, and performing phrase. The Riordan Manufacturing Company currently have production employees that are from other divisions (departments). However, they are planning to hire new employees. New and current employees will go through the forming stages in order for them to fully understand the described task that is ahead of them. During the storming stage, Riordan Manufacturing authority can be challenged as others may have shown interest in their positions, and their roles will be clarified. The ways of working will be explained completely. At this time, some employees will feel overwhelmed, anxious or uncomfortable with this method. They may question the goals, and resist many of the tasks given. Finally, the team will move forwarded into the norming stage and hierarchy will be fashioned. Employee will now respect the authority of the team superintendent while other employees may show leadership in other specified areas. Employees can socialize and interact well together through mutual friendship. They will also be able to assist each other in completing the goals, tasks, or projects. The commitment from the team have shown great process toward reaching their goals.
